Description
Sanitary (pharmaceutical) SH 316 stainless steel single bolt, double hinge clamps are corrosion resistant, and polished to a high quality surface finish
for cleanability. SH 316 clamps are designed and optimised for installation and maintenance, a proven design in the industry
for over 30 years. SH316 clamps are for use in normal to heavy duty pharmaceutical applications.
Installation
Supplied assembled: double pin design
allows the union to self-align (no pinch points on the gasket).

Features
- Clamps are tested periodically to ensure safety and consistency.
- Minimum of 0.8Ra um surface finish (external).
- Fastener options designed to resist galling.
- Clamps are sized between batches to ensure consistency of fit on the union.
- Majority of clamp MAWP are calculated to ASME VIII APP 24.
- Reduction of CO2. The Euro-Pure clamp is designed to reduce the amount of CO2 used in all aspects of the product life-cycle.
- Tested by TUV, Forbairt, FORCE. Currently testing is underway for A2000-A5 (PED) on some of clamp ranges (TUV approved testing).
- Packaged loose, in cardboard boxes. No plastic.
