    Description
    Sanitary (hygienic) SL 304 stainless steel wing nut TC clamps are corrosion resistant, and polished to a high quality surface finish for cleanability. SL 304 clamps are designed and optimised for installation and maintenance a proven design in the industry for over 30 years. SH304 clamps are for use in light duty hygienic applications.
    Specifications
    • Majority of clamp MAWP are calculated to ASME VIII APP 24​.
    • Reduction of CO2. The Euro-Pure clamp is designed to reduce the amount of CO2 used in all aspects of the product life-cycle.​
    • ​Tested by TUV, Forbairt, FORCE. Currently testing is underway for A2000-A5 (PED) on some of clamp ranges (TUV approved testing).

    • Clamps are tested periodically to ensure safety and consistency​.
    • Minimum of 0.8Ra um surface finish (external)​.​
    • Fastener options designed to resist galling​.
    • Clamps are sized between batches to ensure consistency of fit on the union.​
    • Packaged loose, in cardboard boxes. No plastic.​
